How do you photograph weddings?
I love being by your side to help you before your wedding day. We send you a guide to help you organize your day. With almost 20 years of experience we know how to find the best moments for the couple photos, how to quickly move through family photos, where to find the best light, and how to make you feel comfortable. It is really exciting for us to capture images of your dress, the shoes, the invites, the flowers...if you blink you miss the small details that took you so long to plan, but with the right photographer you'll have those memories forever! On your wedding day, all we want is to capture the feelings, the mood, the emotions, the moments and all of the details that tell the story of your wedding day. We want you to receive your gallery and feel like you're right back on the wedding day living it all over again for years to come.
Where are you based and do you travel?
We are located in the Mount Washington Valley in Northern New Hampshire. We moved to North Conway in 2015 and love that it is a destination wedding location for so many couples. The mountains, the lakes, the fresh air, the hikes, the rivers...it's all here! We started our business down in Rhode Island back in 2005, and then spent a few years living outside of Boston, and now we are happy to say we shoot all throughout New England and beyond.
When will we get our photos?
The most unique thing about us is that we normally show a slide show with highlight images from the day at your reception. We want you ending your day knowing you have some beautiful pictures to look forward to. That small gallery is usually posted online within the week and the full collection between 10-12 weeks based on the timing of your wedding. Our priority is to get you images quickly, but we also know that our busy months can piles up and want you to have a realistic expectation on timing! Rush delivery is available upon request.
How many pictures will we receive?
The number of images you recieve depends mostly on the amount of coverage you have us there for. A six hour wedding usually has between 400-600 images while a 10-hour wedding will likely have 1000+. We don't limit the number of images we deliver, but we also don't post 10 copies of a very similar image.
