6.18.11  Danielle and Jon are absolutely sweet and so fun and stylish.  They had a private house down in Bristol, RI for their wedding, right near Colt State Park, and it was a perfect day for Mike and Rob Hare (of Robert Hare Photography) to capture some awesome images!  At this point I was less than a month away from having Sawyer so I was happy to have another awesome shooter to go with Mike for the event!  It was super laid back, high class but casual, very very fun wedding…and I have concluded that I missed out on a good time, but Mike and Rob are rockstars and I felt like I was there when I got to cull their images and now again while blogging them!! I love her dress, her hair, the feather, the location, the light for the group formal shots with the long grass, the FUN bridal party, and the emotion in the images is awesome!

Leah and Dan…I don’t even know where to start with these two because they are totally adorable and I love them!  Leah is one of our many Bentley College brides….it started with one and they just keep coming and if there is one thing we love it is a Bentley wedding!!! They’re just a great group of girls that all know each other, some were sorority sisters, and they’re just awesome…ok that aside…Leah is just a fun, sweet person!  She was a blast to be around and to be honest with you, I think it was the first slide show that we ever put out where so many people gathered around it the second I put it down and there was literally cheering, laughing, awwww-ing, crying…it was great!  We had so so much fun  with these two and their families and the bridal party…it was a perfect day and I’m realizing that the blog world has missed out on a lot from last season!  Glad I’m in the catching up groove…something about having a baby makes one want to tie up any loose ends out there!

**WARNING** Picture overload…I was having a hard time choosing just a few…I probably should have split this over a few posts…but here they are anyway!!

So it’s not actually teal, and it’s not really blue, or blue green…and it’s darker than Tiffany Blue.  So I went to look at “Shades of Blue” on Wikipedia and I decided that the color that Rich and Ashley chose for now, in my book, is just them.  Someone hit me with the name if you have it, but for now, it is Pizzuti Wedding Blue.

So Rich and Ashley are good friends of ours who moved here a few years ago…they invited themselves over came over to talk to us about being married wedding photographers in the Boston area when they first got here and became such a staple in the community quickly that it is like there never was a time without them here!  You might remember them from the blog last year when we shot their e-session. So, they got married this past September and they’re next on the blog list and it is overwhelming to try and pick images.  Ashley made some of the dresses, and so many of the little details, she sewed the table clothes and picked out so many amazing little details that we probably could have been locked in the tent for a week and not been able to capture every little thing.  From birch to copper to the awesome Pizzuti Wedding Blue…to a photo booth, to a camera bar, to a home made dessert display made of out birch…they had an amazing night!

Mike and Tony (Team Yu Photography) shot film for the day and Anna (the other half of the amazing Team Yu Photography) and I did our best to capture stills…I’m sure Tony and Anna will blog their version of the day, and we’ll have the video in the near future…but for now here are some details.  Much more to come!

You remember Linsday and Dave, right?  How could you forget our adorable firefighter duo?  They are completely adorable together and had an amazingly laid back, fun, incredible wedding back in September. I love love love the bright orange flowers that Linday carried and that the girls carried white lillies which were an awesome contrast to their black dresses. The flower girls were adorable and I think the impromptu hat toss right before the formals was one of my favorite moments of the day. The ceremony was short and sweet, the bag pipes sounded awesome, and the party after the fact was amazing. They are adorable together even when smashing each other in the face with cake! And as usual…enough with the words, Kate, on with the images!

Our good friends Lauren and Nuno were married on August 21, 2010…and while I was looking for some images to blog I decided I couldn’t blow by all of the awesome details that they had. Everything was coordinated, not to be confused with matchy…it was an awesome balance of color and the nautical theme and the wedding as a whole was just gorgeous!  Can’t wait to share the other images with you!!
