A few weeks back we were lucky enough to get to hang out with some of our great new friends, Rich and Ashley of Pizzuti Studios. They’re engaged (congrats you two!!) and we were excited to shoot them in their own studio space. The title makes me laugh, we had a little birthday gathering for Emmie’s birthday and some of our favorite local photographers were on the guest list…another guest was whispering that she didn’t understand how we could invite our competition. The local Boston Photographers that we have come to know and love make up a huge part of our life and as far as Mike and I are concerned, so much better to keep them all close for when life happens and we need friends with talent in a pinch, but also because in all reality? There are more than enough weddings in the New England area to keep us all busy. So, enough with the words, Kate, right? Onto the adorable Pizzuti and Soon-to-be-zutti, they are both so expressive and fun to shoot it was hard to narrow it down! One of my favorites is the last pair…we love it when we get to bring our two little assistants with us!
Ugh.. the competition (you guys) did it again 🙂 Just kidding, we love you guys and you know it. Bummed we couldn’t make the party. Can you imagine 15 years from now, our kids shooting alongside with us?! How cool would that be 🙂

What a great shoot, and you’re so right about making connections and helping other photographer’s out, and yes there are PLENTY of weddings in this world to go around. Emmie and Chase the assistants—the BEST photo EVAR!
